JLPT1 goals

By admin, 8 August, 2011

So many things in my life are beginning to get sorted out. I have a new job, which I am greatly looking forward to. I am staying in Chicago, which is also great. So one of my goals is to take the level one.

I have the 完全マスターstudy guides, which helped me pass the 2ktuu. But I have the feeling these won't work this time, because of the sheer volume of vocab and kanji I don't know (and remember). I started the kanji and vocab probably 3 times over the last few years and don't feel like much has stuck. I think I may go back to my old books and learn kanji 20 a week, like back in school.

I guess the whole point of doing this is to expand my vocab. Everyone says 1kyuu includes a lot of unused words, but I haven't found that yet.

I am cramming for the new job, php and drupal. I think I will be buried cramming. I like learning.
